📓 Planners
Finding a planner that works for an ADHD brain is no small feat. These are ones that actually stick for adults (not an exhaustive list).

BLOOMOST ADHD Cleaning Planner.Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists designed specifically for ADHD minds. Breaks chores into small, manageable wins instead of one overwhelming list.
⏱️ Timers
Time blindness is real. These tools make time visible so it stops sneaking up on you.
Time Timer MOD Home Edition. The original visual timer. You can literally watch time disappearing, which is a game changer for ADHD time blindness.
OrangeLight Sunrise Alarm Clock. A wake-up light that simulates a natural sunrise, gradually increasing light and sound before your alarm, making mornings gentler and less jarring. It also has a sunset simulation mode that slowly dims the light as you wind down for sleep. For ADHD brains that struggle with both ends of the day, this one pulls double duty.
