ADHD Focus Sprint

Sometimes the hardest part of getting things done is simply getting started.

The ADHD Focus Sprint is a calm, structured hour where we work alongside each other on Zoom and move a task or project forward together.

Many ADHD brains find it easier to begin and follow through with a task when there is gentle structure and shared accountability.

• brief welcome and intention setting
• 45-minute focus sprint
• short wrap-up

You can bring anything you’d like to work on:

  • work tasks

  • school assignments

  • life admin

  • planning or organizing

  • phone calls/emails, appointments to schedule

Camera on or off is completely fine.

The goal is not perfection — just forward movement.
