I’m a Certified Project Manager and ADHD Coach who supports adults and students in building calmer, more sustainable lives that work with their brains — not against them.
Understanding ADHD on both a personal and professional level has given me a unique perspective and a deep respect for how capable, creative, and resourceful people with ADHD truly are. I bring empathy, structure, and compassion into my work, creating a supportive space where clients feel understood rather than judged.
Before becoming an ADHD coach, I spent years as a Certified Project Manager, mastering organization, planning, and goal-setting — skills that are often challenging for people with ADHD. After my own diagnosis, I realized how powerful these tools could be when they’re adapted thoughtfully and used flexibly, rather than rigidly.
Today, I combine professional expertise with lived experience to help clients build confidence, reduce overwhelm, and create systems that support their real lives. I believe ADHD is not a limitation, but an opportunity to approach life with creativity, authenticity, and intention.
My goal is to provide practical strategies, steady encouragement, and a sense of relief — so you can move forward feeling more capable, balanced, and grounded.
